About Me

I'm a Midwest-based artist working primarily in pen and ink, pencil, linocut printing, and mixed media—recently experimenting with linocut and watercolor combinations and shadowbox TCG card art. My work draws heavily from manga/anime aesthetics and fantasy art, fueled by years of tabletop RPGs, video games, and too many movies.

In 2026, I'm doing a Misogi: committing to this art blog and opening for commission work. It's my year to stop planning and start doing. "Done is perfect" has become my mantra as I work to break a long cycle of perfectionism that's kept me from sharing my art and connecting with others.

When I'm not drawing, you'll find me fishing in Guild Wars 2 or hunting for visual inspiration in games and films. I'm excited (and a little terrified) to see where this challenge takes me, and I'm learning to communicate my process as I go—imperfectly, but consistently.
